REFUND POLICY

Registration for the La Poste Pen Pal Program includes an 8-month program, personalized pen pal matching, and a postcard package.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your child has not yet been matched with a pen pal and the postcard package has not been shipped.

Once a pen pal match has been made or the postcard package has been shipped, the program is non-refundable.

If we are unable to find a suitable pen pal match for your child, you will receive a full refund.

If a match is no longer able to participate, Paris for Kids will make every reasonable effort to find your child a new pen pal at no additional cost.

The La Poste Pen Pal Program includes a postcard package sent to the address provided by the parent or guardian during registration.

Please double-check your mailing address before submitting your registration.

Postcard packages are prepared and mailed after registration. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal service.

International delivery may take longer than delivery within France.

Paris for Kids is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.
