Cancellation policy

• 7+ days before your activity: full refund, minus a 3% platform processing fee.

• 7 days to 48 hours before: choose a 50% refund, or reschedule for an additional €25 per person.

• Less than 48 hours before: no refund is available. If you're facing extenuating circumstances, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

• Running late? If you arrive more than 25 minutes after the start time, it's too late to join the activity and no refund is available. Please text us right away if you're held up.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us with your booking name and date.

Group tours (non-private)

Our group tours run with a minimum of four participants. If we don't reach four, we'll cancel the tour and you'll receive a full refund.
